The  territorial directorates activities are:

• To implement the organization and the control over the setting aside, the preservation, the refreshment and the accounting of the state reserves and the war time stocks in the regions; 
   
• To analyze the status and to make proposals for replacement of state reserves and war time stocks preserved in own bases;
   
• To organize and to control the unblocking of state reserves and war time stocks in accordance to the chairman of the agency orders; 
   
• To organize and to control the activities for management in crises and the defense – mobilization preparation
